This week I decided to revisit a powerful Fierce Factor encore episode with POP Leadership Academy member the brilliant, beautiful, and so relatable Dr Sara Trammell.
A business track speaker for multiple industry conferences including AMSPA ans Aesthetic Next, her message is strikingly counterculture; over the past 15 months in thought partnership "Dr T" has made some impressive but not surprising dynamic moves in her business! She is gearing up to expand to a second location, double her team, catapult her mobile business brand, and do it all in a very different way than most traditional MedSpas.
In fact, her story is anchored in the ideology that had she followed the typical industry advice, she would not be where she is today.
While Dr Sara Trammel got her start on the clinical side, she had a very organic calling to start an aesthetic business.
