Last week was emotionally, mentally, and physically draining so tune in to know exactly what had happened. In a series of unfortunate events, one might say, just last week with his mother's fall, Arsh also received 2 calls from the fire brigade saying that there have been actual fires in 2 of his properties. This has got Arsh thinking a few negative thoughts but he carries on. And as an important reminder, Arsh gives you some of the best advice that they don't teach you in landlord school: monitor the way of living of your tenants, identify what risks could occur, be prepared for insurance claims and make sure your properties are all up, running, and complete with the necessary safety utilities and equipment.
