On this Episode, Scott Bennett tells us about how he found OCR back in 2011 ,and is presently competing in the 60+ Age group. We talk about the races in Atlanta for the Spartan Super and Sprint this past weekend, where he took 3rd place in the Sprint. We also talk about his first Spartan Ultra he completed at  Spartan Carolinas race in 2021. Scott tells us a little about his WTM races also.
