On this Episode , I had my friend Tim Mazur on to talk to us about this past weekend’s race at the Palmerton Spartan Race. Tim and I have run a bunch of races together, including some Ultras. We also talk about how he got into the sport ,and a lot of past races we have done. This was a fun Episode, especially if you did Palmerton this past weekend, or have run a Spartan Ultra too.
