On this Episode Brett “T-REX” Milks tells us all about his journey into OCR. After finding fitness while in lockup, he then discovers OCR. At first he trained at races on low running volume, and slowly worked up his volume to do the longer distances-which he enjoys the most. You may have seen Brett at a race ,and didn't even know it, because he was in a T-Rex costume. He tells us how that all started ,and the ups and downs of running in a T-Rex suit, too. This was a fun Episode where we discussed a bunch of older past races, and the different experiences we had at them.
