Many people struggle with obesity and are often shamed by others. However, being aware of this disease can also be beneficial for people.
In this episode, I discuss the global obesity epidemic, noting that one in eight individuals currently grapple with obesity. This figure is projected to rise significantly by 2035. I also recount Oprah Winfrey's personal story of enduring hurtful comments and blaming herself for weight gain early in her career. Reflecting on my own struggle with weight gain, I underscore the prevalent self-blame that individuals often experience when attempting to lose weight. Furthermore, I address the common misconception that increased exercise or reduced food intake alone can solve weight-related concerns.
Together, we can promote healthier choices and support each other on our journey towards improved well-being. Join us!

About Oprah Winfrey's personal experience and realization
