Health Heroes!

After moving back home to Eastern Oregon I was asked to be a “Health Pro” at the local health foods store called “Nature’s Pantry”. There were four other health pros and we all got together and started working on projects. One of those health pro’s was Nicole Haggerty. Nicole came from an abusive childhood environment and later developed health issues due to cigarettes and processed foods. She turned her health around and her entire life for that matter and has a lot to share. She is now a certified health coach, a chef and an author.
