This episode is a conversation with Liz Towner. 

Liz’s husband, Steve, lost the battle with his own mind in 2020 and  tragically took his own life. 

So many of us wonder if we could survive the impact of that loss. Yet survive she did, and she continues to thrive with while supporting their three boys through their loss. 

This is once again a story of unimaginable pain but also of deep love, compassion and a determination to walk through hell and live.
