On this Episode, Lisa Gonzales tells a story of having severe back pain so bad she almost couldn’t walk; determined to get better she lost 163 lbs ,started physical therapy and weightlifting. She did a Spartan Hurricane Heat and fell in love with them! This year when the longer Hurricane Heats weren’t on the schedule, she decided to email Joe De Sena, and tell him her story and inquire about the longer events not being on the schedule, his response was “Bad news I just signed you up for the Death Race.
