I'm a day late but I'm back with another Q&A episode of the podcast! This week I'm focusing on what I'm doing to stay healthy (including mental health!!) during this pandemic/quarantine.

I also go over some foods that have been touted as being really healthy but in my opinion, don't hold up.

Another question I got was about being constantly thirsty and not having thirst quenched by water. While this is a symptom of Diabetes, there are some things we can do to improve our hydration.
