I love learning new things and that is especially true when it comes to doing the inner work. In today's show Daniel and I talk about “energies” that have been literally instilled in us from our parents and even from other ancestors in our blood lines. These “energies” can support us and they can also tear us down emotionally and physically. I am so excited to now have the awareness around this for myself so that I have one more way to understand and work through certain things that may be holding me back from being 100% as my true self.
