3. Quarterly Sources of Business?

· Is your business referral based?

4. Best Practices Quarterly?

· Good vs Bad

· Lesson’s Learned

5. Changes to your marketing?

· Property Review changes.

· Updates to Buyer and Seller marketing

6. Who is going to help you?

· 1 on 1 Coaching

· The Path Group Coaching


Your Goal is to hit 75%-80% of this schedule for 40-45 Weeks.

Must Time block the following

· Wake up (We suggest early)

· Morning Routine (we suggest the 20/20/20 by Robin Sharma)

· Show up time (we suggest 8:00 to 8:30)

· Market Research (We suggest 10 Min)

· Office Meeting (once a week)

· Social Media post (we suggest 15 min)

· Warm and hot list (we suggest 10 to 15 min)

· Notes (we suggest 10 to 15 min)

· Phone Calls We suggest daily 1 hour or twice a week each an hour and a ½)

· Property Reviews (we suggest once a week for 45 min to 1 hour)

· Lunch/Coffee (we suggest 3 per week coffee and or lunch 1 and ½ hour)

· Database Management (we suggest twice a week 45 min)

· Personal Recharge time and Family time (this is up to you)

· Bedtime. (We suggest before or at 10:00)
