Familiarization is the name of the game when it comes to dwelling in this powerful state! 

Familiarization means knowing the contents of your dream reality SO WELL that you can call them up at will. 

Think about how WELL you know this current reality—you know it so well that you can call up its state at any moment. In fact, this is what you’re doing all day!

All day you are calling up past memories and problems of the day which only dwell you in the state that you don't want to fulfill anymore. 

To truly persist in the wish fulfilled, you need to be as clear about your dream reality as you are about your current one.
