Episode #206 - Hello Health Heroes! I had such a wonderful time interviewing Dr. Romie Mustag! I am very happy that her parents were immigrants from India, one of my favorite places since I love and respect Ayurvedic traditional medicine. Her parents instilled in her a lot of discipline and also the Ayurvedic traditions of healthy fresh food and spices. She now has her own business focused on helping people with brain health and also was hired to help manage the health of 7000 people in a corporate environment.

What's cool about the latter is that she was able to test things on these people and ended up getting some great results for brain health. From there she took what she learned and is now taking it out to the world. I hope you don't “mind” all of the good information and energy! Ha ha!
