Collins office in Colorado. Jared was able to take the 5 points of value that 2 days prior his broker Eric Thompson had shared in their office hour of power. Jared had a tuff seller who was grilling him on why they should pay him to list their home. I'm sure a situation we have all found ourselves in at one time or another.
