Catherine Choi is the founder of SoYoung, a Canadian brand of lunch bags that offers consumers radical transformation through incremental change - and this is a theme in Catherine’s life.

While today she is a successful entrepreneur, 22 years ago Catherine was in the throes of heroin addiction.
