Chris, a fellow-professional spikeball player dives into his personal life like never before. On his own podcast, Let's Go with Chris Hornacek he talks mostly about the sport (roundnet), the community and its players. But on my first Zoom episode, with subpar sonic quality we were able to get into Chris's struggles with anxiety and depression, his propensity to isolate and his meaning and definition of true friendship. We talk about his new found love and interest in self-improvement and even discuss his views on deity.
