After a crazy and very emotional week closing my fitness studio in Bellevue, WA after 10 (plus 2) years of being as a small business owner, a well timed two week trip to Kona was perfect timing. I am starting a new phase in life...a new journey. What a better place to reconnect with myself for a little retreat to work on my business plan, mission, goals and purpose. It is my place to reset, recalibrate and reboot the whole me - while I launch my new business, brand and journey!
Kona, Hawaii has always been a magical place for me- ever since I started racing Ironman in 2001 and coming here to watch or compete as an Ironman athlete. Once you race on this island, you always have a strong connection to the ocean, lava and Madame Pele!
My focus this next week during Ironman Hawaii race week is to network, connect with other podcasters and industry leaders to help build the low carb athlete, The WHOLE Athlete podcast and The WHOLESTIC Method coaching programs.
I launched my "Debbie Potts Coaching" this month with my new online version of my group 30-day total transformation program to reset and reboot the whole athlete. We do a three phase program to work on liver detox, digestive repair and recalibrating the WHOLE individual with The WHOLESTIC Method program.
Next month, I begin my new role as a health detective as I help clients resolve "METABOLIC CHAOS" and stop the cycle of "trial and error" as I become an FDN Practitioner (functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner).
