Psychotherapist Jennifer Cox and relational dynamics coach Salima Saxton from Women Are Mad are absolutely brilliant! In this episode, I sit down with them both to explore the fascinating world of copycats.

We delve into what’s beneath the behaviour, why copying can cause such a stress response in the person being copied and then look a little closer at the concepts of mirroring with regard to identity, fitting in, and belonging. 

This conversation touches on self-worth, vulnerability, and some uncomfortable truths around envy.
