Some of my favorite tricks before and after my Infrared Sauna use include Vibrant Blue Oils before then afterwards take my GI Detox supplement or drink Bentonite Clay in water with sea salt or Ancient Mineral drops.

The Vibrant Blue Oils Liver blend would be great before a sauna. You might use a small amount (1 drop) and dilute a bit, ideally with castor oil over the liver as the sauna can super charge the oils.
