Bloating is so common that it is often accepted as the norm, but we’re here to tell you it is NOT normal to feel bloated, distended, and uncomfortably full all the time. Bloating can indicate a deeper root cause of microbiome imbalance, food sensitivities, digestive enzyme inadequacy and more.
