Happy Wednesday, I'm here for a solo session!

Have you ever heard the song "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off" by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong? 

Let me jog your memory with some of the lyrics:

 "You like potato and I like potahto 

You like tomato and I like tomahto

Let's call the whole thing off"

Imagine if something in this world could truly help you, but you hesitate just because of its label or name. Don't let labels hold you back. Search for what truly resonates with you. 

Your identity is not defined by labels.

Today, the world offers a variety of options for those seeking change. Back in 2017, when I embarked on my journey to sobriety, the resources available were nothing like what we have today. 

It's nothing short of amazing to witness the expanding choices and possibilities for people.

Stigmas are evolving, and individuals are progressing. 

I hold onto hope, and I encourage you to do the same.
