On this episode I talk about the Asheville Spartan Super & sprint ! Just me this episode sorry, I didn't have time to schedule an interview and I wanted to talk about this race because it was a great race this year! It was an awesome race for me because I got revenge on a course that has always kicked my ass! I pulled out 2nd place finishes in AG both days! I still can't believe it! I guess it was my lucky days!! Hope you enjoy it!
