I didn't realize how many levels of addiction I had to the food I was eating until I went through the three-week life transformation program at the Hippocrates Health Institute.

After an intense four days of detox with headaches, night sweats and irritability I woke up on day five feeling completely rejuvenated like I was 20 years old again.

Many emotions from our childhood and beyond we have suppressed with food so it becomes very difficult to start eating healthier because the emotions come up and they are scary so we eat and shove them back down.

I go into detail about this and much more in this episode so that you can hopefully recognize what we are all dealing with here and then I will give you some action steps that I have used along with many of our coaching clients to transform their relationship with food into a positive one.
