In the first episode of Eye2Eye, I discuss something I call the ebb and flow of productivity. Over the years, I found myself going through these highs and lows of productivity/creativity. In the past, during the low, I would feel anxious and constantly be looking for ways to get back into a more productive state.

However, what I have found more recently is that there is value in leaning into the "ebb state" to learn more about yourself and your journey.
