Having been confined in our homes during the pandemic, our bodily activities were limited. Returning now to our daily runs, we must recondition ourselves to make sure we are holistically prepared. As we continue to overcome weight regain, keeping healthy feet should be our first priority as our feet are our pillars in movement. Dr. Tea Nguyen joins us today to discuss how to carefully recondition ourselves, avoid foot problems, and some tips on home treatments.
Dr. Tea Nguyen is the CEO of Pacific Point Podiatry. She is a board certified podiatrist specializing in minimally invasive surgery and wound care. She completed a 3 year surgical residency in Michigan followed by a 1 year fellowship at UT Southwestern Dallas in amputation prevention and wound healing. She is passionate about helping people understand the value of prevention and living a meaningful life without pain or deformity in their feet. She has an interesting spin on holistic podiatry and has a direct care practice in Santa Cruz, CA.
In keeping up with our health, learn to treat the top of our head to the tips of our toenails with care and kindness. And remember: healthy feet, happy feat!
