Carmen sits down with Shamari-Rene Cherry AKA ShaSha Chanel, mother and founder of the ballroom house of Chanel, about how she found her niche as a black trans woman in aesthetics.  We talk about how she grew her beauty business, Diamond Facez, and how she became the first trans woman recognized as esthetician of the year 2022 at the Beauty & Barber Bosses awards. We also discuss with ShaSha the struggles- and the beauty, of being a trans woman in esthetics and in the world at large.
