In this week's podcast, we are talking about all things habits.

Now, this episode was inspired by a quick challenge that I shared a few weeks ago on my Instagram stories.

I challenged everyone to establish one tiny habit that they could do in 5 minutes or less.

What's more, they had to commit to that habit every day for 7 days.

Now it's true, the act itself might seem small.

Nevertheless, the sheer practice of repetition, as well as your commitment to yourself, has an incredibly powerful impact on helping you reach your goals and strengthen your willpower.

So with that in mind, I thought we would use today's podcast to dive further into all things habits.
