If you don’t have one yet, then let me share with you my non-negotiable and the great impact it has on the things I do and want to achieve. Hopefully this will encourage you to formulate your own non-negotiable.

I’ll be sharing the great benefits of having a non-negotiable in your weight loss journey and in life itself. Non-negotiables help push you and challenge you to keep moving towards your goals. It’s a great motivator! 

Having a non-negotiable is not about putting pressure on yourself. Instead, it should encourage you to keep moving forward. No matter how hard it gets, keep going. Because when you are truly committed to your goals, committed to your weight loss, you will overcome every obstacle just to get to your ultimate goal.
