When you decide that you are ready to start living a life that brings you joy, abundance, challenges and excitement, people will start to notice.  When people start to notice, they may not be cheering for you.  

In today's episode, I talk about the prayer I pray for my children each morning. I pray, "Heavenly Father, protect their eyes, protect their ears and protect the words that come out of their mouths."

When you are on a growth mindset journey, you need to wake up each day and protect these things too.  You'll need nourishment on your journey. What words are you allowing to build you up or bring you down? What images do you allow your eyes to see? And what words are you saying to yourself? I'll give you some ideas of what can bring you nourishment while you walk the path to becoming the woman God has called you to be.  You're going to need it!
