  • People think that they need to eat every few hours. but you recommend not to snack in order to shift into fat burning, can you explain why this is important? 
  • I know you recommend the keto diet when trying to switch over, so what would you say to someone who is vegetarian or resistant to going very high fat? 
  • What do you say to those who say “but I will never be able to reduce my sweets; every time I try removing them, I’m craving them even more”  
  • What would you say to someone who would say “fats are high in calories?”
