I asked a group of women, what was their biggest challenge with exercise? And I was surprised that there were a lot more challenges than I had originally thought. So I created this episode to address the five main obstacles with exercise and how to overcome them.

I’ll share some things that I personally do or have seen others do to overcome these five obstacles and specific activities that you too can apply so you can get started or get back to your exercise routine.
