Kelly admitted to me that she hadn't slept the night before because she was so nervous about the show, about being vulnerable and so open for the first time. We talked about her  depression, anxiety, and her ability to cope with it, understand it, and find happiness. Her candor, openness, and advice to those struggling are invaluable. We also discuss benefits of therapy, anti-depressants, and how people can help friends and loved ones that are in a dark place.
