  • Removing yourself from the day-to-day operation of the business can give you a glimpse into what is working correctly and what could use some tweaking
  • Are you able to actually step away? Do you still need to log in to check emails or answer questions for your team? Are there processes that could be automated?
  • Not everything will run perfectly when you allow yourself to take your first vacation, but this is an opportunity to better your business!
• BONUS Reason #4 To Take A Vacation - Lead by example!
  • If you are responding to emails, overseeing operations, and aren't able to step away from your phone or computer, your team sees that!
  • They will think that is expectation that will be placed on them when they decide to take a vacation, so it's important to show them that they are allowed to take a step back, just like you are!
