Samantha Jones is a women's fitness & confidence coach. Her passion is educating and inspiring women to take charge of their lives and become the most empowered version of themselves through fitness, nutrition and mindset shifts! Over the last 6 years, she has worked with 500+ women and nothing lights her up more than seeing first hand the transformations both inside & out that her clients achieve. Coach Sam takes a well rounded, health first approach that focuses on finding a sustainable, healthy balance in your life while still embracing foods & activities you love! She has certifications in personal training, nutrition coaching, women's strength and conditioning, hypertrophy training, movement and mobility, mental toughness and she is also currently studying to become a certified women's hormone expert.
