Jeff is one of the most interesting guys I know.  With a long background in sports and military it is awesome to see him come out of a dark few years and into sorting through a bunch of his own demons.  He is currently working with companies to figure out new ways to treat PTSD with psychedelics.  He also has helped me in sorting through some simple sleep issues.
