Moving your body has short and long-term benefits for your health. To support your health, you need to exercise. Forget everything you know about exercise and start doing it now to achieve healthy weight loss. 

In this episode, I will debunk five myths that keep you from moving your body. Physical activity is one of those things that people only sometimes do and are sometimes left on the back burner. So you should focus on finding a physical activity that you enjoy, and let that be your lifestyle.
