About Julie Latz
For 45 years, Julie Latz was obsessed with and controlled by food. Her weight was always either on the way up or on the way down, depending on whether she was dieting or she was bingeing.
In 2010, Julie figured out the problem was that she had the mindset of a binge eater not a peaceful eater. She realized that going from diet to diet just kept her in the cycle of losing weight, only to gain it back plus more.
By making some simple mindset shifts, Julie changed her relationship with food, lost 90 pounds, and reclaimed her life. She would love to help you have the lean body you've always wanted and the freedom from food addiction to allow you to enjoy your life.
