This week, Kylie and Kara welcome Registered Dietitian, Carolyn Kelk to the podcast. Carolyn works as a gut and metabolism dietitian in the online space, and helps women find the root cause of their issues to be able to fuel their metabolism and support their gut health, while also helping them to improve their body image and confidence along the way.


Carolyn shares her own journey with hormone health issues, and how she got to where she is now, but also joins your hosts for an important conversation about cortisol. They dive into what cortisol is, why it's so important, and why/how it's gotten a bad reputation (as well as why it isn't all bad!). They also address the causes and symptoms of both high and low cortisol, and the best testing methods to discover where your levels are at. Finally, they leave you with nutrition strategies, lifestyle changes, and supplementation methods to support and fix high and low cortisol levels.
