For years I have been pissed off about Amazon getting government subsidies for shipping their packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Basically, we taxpayers pay $1.46 of Amazon's shipping costs which means scumbag politicians and big corporations once again are screwing the working-class people. This also gives them an unfair advantage in the marketplace. Then I heard that Amazon was so hell-bent on getting packages out fast that they were basically forcing their drivers to urinate and defecate in bottles and bags in their delivery trucks! Also inside the warehouse workers were treated like slaves and pretty much no one is happy working there so that means they are all lowering their immune systems with stress and dissatisfaction. When one of my clients who works for Amazon started giving me the inside scoop I knew I had to tell people about this so that everyone will STOP BUYING THROUGH AMAZON. Every dollar you send their way is a vote against your fellow working-class citizen and the destruction of our quality for life. Use Amazon as a search engine if you want but then please go directly to the manufacturer, buy direct, and happily pay to ship and wait a damn day or two extra.
