Going back and forth, Arsh and his friend got their desired outcome by jumping through some hoops. The car dealership matched the previous offer and actually gave them a vehicle with much better specifications!

 

Now, relating this to property, one should understand the motivation of the dealer and then you can create a win-win situation where the deal benefits both you and the vendor.
