The recent weeks have been wearing Arsh down -- the number of deals, the amounts of investors, the urgent maintenance, the tenants and properties, are all posing as a bit of a big challenge for him, losing time for himself, for his family. But there is light at the end of the tunnel, as Arsh says.

It's not all roses, and right now Arsh is just at a low. Realizing this, it isn't about being ungrateful -- it is all just part of building the business (unfortunately). But he keeps going because of his one goal: to create a LEGACY.
