Josh is a couple of weeks out from Paris half and bangs out 16k of in and out k reps around Battersea park. He's been jumping on the treadmill with the truly awful weather continuing.

 

Shane has knocked out another consistent week and got all excited after a quick 2k rep at the end of his session midweek, he got so giddy that he's gone and entered Telford 10k.

 

Aaron has also been entering races with the hope of getting a qualifying time for the championship start at London 2023. He's been on the treadmill again, but showing signs of improvement!
