Whether that means providing more equitable resources, access to opportunities, economic mobility or even just educating ourselves to be more aware of the racism around us.
But our guest today teaches us about something as important - emotional justice.
Esther Armah is the founder of the Armah Institute of Emotional Justice. Esther is an award-winning journalist and playwright.
But much of her work focuses on educating white and Black people about the emotional work needed to end systemic inequity.
In our conversation, she spoke about her journey as a journalist and her current mission to help provide racial healing and end the systemic racism in our society.
