A hot topic right now in coaching is ethics and education. People have questions about practices and whether or not certain practices might be doing more harm than good. And I believe that, as coaches, we should be embracing these questions rather than shying away or being intimidated by them.

First of all, it gives us the opportunity to discuss trauma, the nervous system, changes in the industry over time, and the positive outcomes countless people have experienced.
