From leaving a church that took away her autonomy and intuition, and how psychedelics helped her break free, my guest Stephanie discusses associations of safety with following the rules of the Mormon Church. She believed she would feel safe if she ticked off the boxes and followed the teachings. However, after leaving the church and deconstructing her beliefs, she realized that true safety is an internal state of being, a cultivated inner state.
