REMEMBER - “Tying to lead other people without leading ourselves isn't going to work..”

This week's tip is to remove the fridge magnets from your fridge and any other excess paperwork that's on your fridge. Having extra paperwork and frigid magnets on your fridge actually can cause you to have more attention drawn to your fridge, which can cause overeating and also excess waste, which then causes you to be less healthy and vibrant. By decluttering your fridge of the magnets and paperwork, you're going to be lighter, brighter and happier.
