About Crystal Morris:
Crystal Morris is the Founder and CEO of One Caring Adult, has a Master's in counseling studies, is a certified EI, professional diversity, and trauma and resilience coach and trainer. 

As a Culture and Climate Architect, she educates school districts, police departments, and private organizations on strategies to transform trauma into resilience by fostering meaningful relationships and culturally responsive spaces.   The vision of One Caring Adult is to see a dismantled school-to-prison pipeline. 

Through the lens of a student and lifelong learner, Crystal uses her training as a mental health counselor, educator, and emotional intelligence coach to empower individuals and organizations to move from stuck to action to adopt a paradigm shift. 

Crystal is a proud Jamaican American who celebrates everything that represents her cultural roots.   To relax, She loves traveling, meeting new and interesting people, and curling up on the couch with her children and adorable fur baby, Dash.
