The Vedas, the ancient texts that gave us Ayurveda and Yoga, describe the building blocks of life. They're known as the gurvadi gunas are 10 pairs of opposites found everywhere in nature.  Understanding the gurvadi gunas is one of the keys to self-healing.  In this month's episode, explore how the gunas of hard (kathina) and soft (mridu) affect our everyday lives.
