We've already covered why families are, generally speaking, dysfunctional. In this Episode, we explore how to deal with any or every family situation so that, for starters, you look after yourself (you shouldn't have to be reminded but you are the most important person in your life).
We explore that tactics that we need to use that, instead of becoming the Clown in the Circus or Normal Crazy Family madness, you become an interested onlooker - one that knows exactly what you want out of any and every situation.
Does this sound selfish? Not at all, until you fix your own oxygen mask, you can't help anyone else with theirs. But, when you do, you'd be surprised what might transpire. No wonder I regularly hear from Program Owners that they "surprise" or "amaze" themselves or good things feel "as if they just happen".
It's all about state of mind and understanding the kind of outcomes you would prefer and the kind of relationships you would prefer to have.
OK. All that said, there's something very special, with a Big Big Bonus at the end of this week's episode. You need to listen through and take (a little effortless) action.
